Lake County Honor Flight Mail Call!

All Hands on Deck! Join us at the Grant Township Center Community Room in Ingleside, IL.  Looking for volunteers to join us in making cards and writing notes for our Lake County veterans who will be taking part in the Lake County Honor Flight this spring and summer! If you’re not crafty that’s OK…we need people for simple assembly and to write notes. All supplies are provided and no fee!

Last Chance & Lattes Card Buffet

Join me for a Card Buffet featuring products from the Last Chance List and Online Exclusives (like the Latte Love Suite)! This class is “buffet” style.  Choose your favorites from about 12 different cards.  You can make singles, multiples, quadruples of your favorites!  Make 4 cards for $15 and each additional card is only $3.  Come when you can during *Open House* hours and food is also available for purchase. 

Craft for a Cause – Sweet Thoughts Card Class

Ongoing through April 30, 2024 (or while supplies last)

Heartfelt, handmade cards bring joy to those that receive them!  Add 20 cards to your stash!  This is a great class for beginners and no stamps or ink are necessary! 

We lost my sister Lucy to breast cancer in February 2020.  She was a talented artist and very crafty.  We loved to craft together and share crafting ideas. I am offering the SWEET THOUGHTS CARD CLASS as a fundraising event for Bright Pink. I learned about Bright Pink through my fraternity Zeta Tau Alpha’s philanthropy efforts as we partner to educate our communities about breast cancer prevention and early detection. 20% of your Sweet Thoughts purchase will be donated to Bright Pink.
